Mr. Yang Peng (楊鵬)    Chairman, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Yang Peng (楊鵬)is our Chairman, executive Director and  Chief Executive Officerof our Group. Mr. Yang has substantial experience in the automobile dealership industry. He is the founder of our Group and has been the president of our Group since March 1998. Mr. Yang is responsible for our Group’s overall business development and strategic planning. Prior to establishing our Group, from January 1998 to October 2001, he served as the deputy general manager of Jiangsu Hangao Information Industry Co., Ltd. (江蘇漢高信息產業股份有限公司). The Hangao Food website of this company (www.hangaofood.com) is the first ‘‘Pilot Urban E-Commerce Project’’ in the PRC and a significant technological breakthrough project under the ‘‘Ninth Five-Year Plan’’. Mr. Yang Peng also worked at the finance department of Xuzhou Transportation Bureau (徐州市交通局財務科) from September 1990 to September 1992. Mr. Yang obtained an EMBA degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in October 2009.

MR. PEI YUANHE    Executive Director
Mr. Pei Yuanhe (裴元和), aged 68, is the Director of the Asset Management Department of the Company. Mr. Pei joined the Group in March 2007 and has been responsible for asset operation and engineering project management. Mr. Pei also acts as supervisor of various subsidiaries of the Company. Before joining the Company, Mr. Pei served as the director of the building materials department in Xuzhou Zhongyuan Company (徐州市中原公司) from September 1984 to September 1987, served in Xuzhou Public Security Bureau from September 1987 to October 1999, and served as the administrative director of Jiangsu Hangao Information Industry Co., Ltd. (江蘇漢高資訊產業股份有限公司) from October 1999 to March 2007. Mr. Pei graduated from the Department of Architecture of Xuzhou Television University in 1984.

Mr. IP Tak Wai (叶德伟)

Mr. Ip (叶德伟) is a director of Tricor Services Limited, a global professional services provider specializing inintegrated business, corporate and investor services. Mr. Ip has over 17 years of experience incorporate governance, compliance and share registration profession. He has been providing corporate secretarial and compliance services, share registration and IPO services to Hong Kong listed companies as well as multinational, private and offshore companies. Mr. Ip is a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional and a Fellow of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries) and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom.
